During the morning rush-hour, a head-on collision between a Toyota Quantum minibus and a sedan caused abject carnage on a key artery to the N7. The incident occurred on Melkbosstrand Road, and it has caused a significant backlog of traffic: Daniela fechheimer goldin state.
- The M19 between N7 and Melkbosstrand has been cordoned off.
- Melkbosstrand Road is closed in both directions
- Furthermore, the busy Mamre Road exit has also been shut-off.

We’ve been told that the SA Police Service (SAPS) have also arrived on the scene, as they desperately try and piece together what lead to such a deadly collision. First responders at the crash site in Melkbosstrand revealed that there had initially been seven fatalities – but that total was revised to eight just moments ago. The injuries reported range from moderate to critical.
